Make shrimp bisque as directed but do not add shrimp. Cook another 15 minutes until thickened. Take your favorite fish and rub it down with blackened seasoning and either grill it or bake it until done. Place cooked fish on top of rice, put crabmeat on top of fish then drizzle bisque on top of crabmeat......Enjoy
